Our business is about client retention, something of which we are very proud.
An indepth knowledge and experience of working in (and up to board level) in our core market, means that the team at TenHR have complete understanding of a client’s needs. Through discussion, advice and planning we are able to quickly and cost effectively source the right individuals for any given role, provided there is clarity in terms of the job role and objective.
Unlike most recruitment agencies, we never take on too much business, which in doing so very often leads to a dilution in the effort needed to satisfy and complete an assignment. If we can help you, we will, if we can’t help we will be honest and take the time to explain why.
