Our main goal is to make life easier for our clients.

We get to know how the departments and their respective manager or directors work. As the trust and relationships develop, we get a real understanding of the business needs and how to identify the right candidate for any given position. This takes time, but its time worth taking from the clients point of view.

We don’t like to rush the recruitment process, but we will of course strive to get job done in the most efficient manor possible, always going the extra mile.

How it works

Our Process

Step 1 - Assignment

Client requirements; we want to establish what the ideal candidate would look like in terms of experience and qualifications, location and working expectations, office or hybrid, is it a field based position – Has the client produced a job specification for the role.

Step 2 - The Search

Establishing timescales; are we looking to fill the position as soon as possible or are we looking for an ideal appointment time subject to other business matters or criteria. Do we search openly for the new employee or covertly. Are there any absolute must haves in terms of experience relating to the given position. There must be transparency in terms of exactly what the expectations are from the successful candidate and in terms of overall package, both from a client and candidate point of view. Will the interview process be a two or three stage assignment, we need an element of clarity from the outset.

Step 3 - Placement

Following successful completion of interviews, offer and acceptance of position the new employee will commence employment once they have completed their notice period with their previous employer. Ten HR’s fee becomes due on the start date of the new employee.

Step 4 - Follow Up

Ten HR will offer continued communication to the employee for an agreed period of time to ensure that expectations are met both from an employers and employees point of view. This can be vital to ensure that if there are any small concerns or expectations in the early stages of employment that they are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
